Intense, crisp red colour with persistent violaceous foam, decided taste. There is a wine marked by a typically vinous perfume, with inklings of fruits of wood, a cherry, but also with the perfume of viola.
Area of growth is the mantuan Oltre Po.
Lambruaco’s grapes of Ruberti, Maestri, Salamino e Ancellotta.
The harvesting of the grapes and of the grapeharvest begins in September.
Natural fermentation in bottle at a checked temperature.
The optimal service temperature goes to the 12 to 16 centigrade degrees, and foresees the accompaniment of this wine with the typical plates of the Lombard and Emilian tradition.
The bubbles of the Lambrusco gets on well with a well rich and tasty cousine. Perfect with the first ones based on meat, like the “agnoli” the “tortellini”, ideal with the “tortelli” of pumpkin, the lasagnes, the typical risotto "pilota" made rich by the pork chops, with the cured pork, with the and the grown ones, Emilian products. With the second ones the cotechino and the zampone accompanies in board, but also the fries. Crisp fresh summer wine and already autumn perfect to clean the palate in a kitchen with the plates most loaded of tastes.
